We offer a truck delivery service for all larger items bought within our store. Delivery charges vary dependent upon distance from our Virginia warehouse. We can only deliver to ground floor.

For all items bought online, they can be collected directly from out OP Shop, delivered locally or posted to you - applicable postage and delivery charges apply.

We currently support and assist numerous existing welfare service providers (for example Micah Projects) who work closely with individuals and families affected by Homelessness, Domestic Violence, the Disadvantaged and those from Poor Socio-Economic backgrounds.

This is achieved by providing free of charge essential day to day items that a client may require to transition into new or temporary accommodation. This includes items such as furniture, bedding, clothing, manchester, kitchenware etc.

Other organsations are supported with free items such as clothing, manchester, craft ware, toys etc. They include prison support groups, nursing homes, special schools, aboriginal communities, churches etc.

As part of our contribution back to the community, Connected Inc engages with community members who have an obligation to perform a nominated amount of hours as a result of a court attendance.

By having a dedicated following and support from donors (material donations), we are also providing an essential service in the reduction of goods that potentially would have been destined to refuse stations and landfill.

Connected Inc also provides registered nominated services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), such as Household tasks and Community Access.

We have a dedicated team of Disability Support Workers who can ensure whatever your needs are, that they are met to a high standard.

We sometimes collect donations from those in our community unable to deliver their donations. It is requested that a photo of donated items in question be emailed to us at info@connectedinc.org.au for us to assess whether we are in a position or not to collect. There will be times when we are not able to collect donations due to our warehouse reaching full capacity. We only collect items from ground floor.
